Fluer- my first 4 axis

continuing my education on a wire EDM i move onto 4 axis machining.

here you see the program for a 2 inch thick block of metal, on the top and bottom are a fluer (that frenchy thing) and a canadian maple leaf. my objective is to thread a wire through this, and cut around each of them, thus i will be able to remove the slug from one end and both shapes will exist on either end. i shoudl be able to put the slug back in, and it shouldnt come out the other way. ive got another pic of the topview to clarify how itll look, you can see it here [link]
